Many people think that working at home is quite comfortable. But there are various problems in the walk-from-home comfort. The first few days of working from home seemed good, but later it started to feel monotonous, unbearable and boring. The working hours of 8 hours are sometimes increased to 10 to 12 hours. As a result, besides mental stress, physical problems i.e. neck and waist pain have also appeared. Sometimes there is pain all over the body. As a result of working from home day after day, this kind of trouble is increasing day by day instead of decreasing.

The cause of neck and waist pain? When we went to work in the office, we had to follow certain rules. Get out of the bus on time, by train, by tram to reach the office. Frequent visits to friends' desks in the office space, hanging out, going out for lunch or tiffin, etc. As a result, the whole body was active. But in the case of working at home, the body is not active, physical exertion is decreasing. Muscles are not working properly due to lack of hard work. In the same way, working comfortably for a long time in the same place, the posture of the muscles or joints is not correct, resulting in feeling pain. Especially in the waist and neck. Besides, as a result of working in the office from within the four walls, the sun's rays do not shine on the body. As a result, there is a lack of vitamin D. That is why the pain is getting worse.



The primary way to get rid of pain:
1) Stop working while lying down.

 2) Work at home in the same way you used to work sitting at a chair-table in the office.

3) Sit in a chair with a cushion near the waist while working.

4) When working on the sofa or bed at home, keep the neck and waist straight.

 3) Eat at the right time and eat more foods rich in vitamin-D.

4) Try to keep banana, egg, milk, fish, sour yogurt in the daily food list.

 5) To stay away from corona attack, follow the hygiene rules and walk on the street in front of the house or on the roof twice a day for 30 minutes every day.

6) Do some yoga exercises in the morning and evening to get relief from back pain.
