Asthma and nutrition:

Certain foods should be included in the diet to reduce the overall health of the affected person and the symptoms of asthma. Studies have shown that the incidence of asthma has been steadily rising over the past few decades as a result of eating processed foods instead of fresh ones.

Or asthma patients should take a balanced diet of fresh fruits and vegetables. However, we must keep in mind that allergies are caused by certain foods that can lead to asthma symptoms.

Vitamin A, vitamin D, beta carotene, magnesium, omega 3 fatty acids and other vitamins and minerals can reduce the risk of asthma.
